Green ties are often overlooked in a man's wardrobe. We often reach for reds, blues, and occasionally yellow ties when dressing in the morning. Lately, I have been trying to add more colors to my tie collection, and I have focused on green, purple, and orange. The photo above is the legendary Gary Cooper showing us how elegant a green tie can look next to a gray suit. Most of us would reach for the blue, but the green looks great. Have fun and experiment!

Most of my ties are solid or with dark, minimal patterns, though I have some repp stripes and polka dots in bright colours. I really like the combination of grey & green.

They say 'green's the new black' I personally love that color specially when combined with more descret ones such as grey. That Gary Cooper... Oh! So dashing!
