Do you remember those moments in Santa's lap when he asked if you had been naughty or nice? Well, I do, and if being naughty results in having a bad Christmas, I guess I have been naughty a lot more than I have been nice over my thirty-one years. Regardless, Christmas remains my favorite holiday, and I always rejoice in its true meaning. However, most of my actual Christmas days that I remember are not the most pleasant stories, and many Christmas memories I have tried to forget. Going into detail would get a little too personal for the purpose of this blog, but I am hoping for a cheerful Christmas Holiday this year. I guess I should rejoice in the fact that I have never given up hope for having the perfect Christmas Day, and not to mention that I do have some great festive outfits to wear.

A good blackwatch blazer can be worn very much like the navy blazer. It is a good blazer for Christmas and winter in general.

Richard, My wish for you is that you and that beautiful wife of yours have a wonderful Christmas Day this year.
Sometimes with the holidays there is just too much pressure for everything to be perfect. Just live in the moment and try to forget all the ghosts of Christmas Past.
By the way, love the socks!

Thats not Black Watch.
Amen o what Kat said.
I agree with Giuseppe, not black watch, but very close. I think what makes it NOT a black watch is the red in the blazer.
After leaving my last post, I decided to take a look on the web to see if indeed there was such a black watch with a red in it.
I wanted to be sure, as I am not always right. I could not find anything on the web which shows the patteren Richard has as being black watch.
Though this blazer is very smart, and I myself would purchase it, I have never seen this pattern.
After taking just one last look, I found this. But nothing else.

Hey Richard - After last week's hullabalu, you seem a little down trodden in today's post.
Don't let those Jerks get to you - their either jealous, insecure in who they are or not even sure who they are at all and consequently, are going to pick on those who do.
Here's to a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year friend!

Actually the jacket is a Holiday Blackwatch version from Brooks Brothers. It is a little different with the yellow and red windowpane plaid overlay, but underneath is the traditional Blackwatch.
And, Southern Gent, I appreciate your kind words but don't worry about me. Those characters abusive words a couple weeks ago are the least of my worries. But again, I do appreciate you concern about my self being.
Black Watch is a specific plaid.
Thats not Black Watch.
