An Image From M Magazine That Sums It Up

If one could only have one clipping to mail to someone to describe what a WASP is this would be it. The page displays the lifestyle from the earliest of days to the colorful trousers, and who else but a WASP would put a vase of flowers on the roof of a car for a tailgate event.

Couldn't have picked a better picture, and your spot on about the tailgate photo.

this whole photo shoot is from a 1980's issue of M Magazine that discusses "WASPS".....almost to a dehumanizing level I think

My father's mother's family came over on the Mayflower (Stephen and Constance Hopkins) and his father's family emigrated from England to Massachusetts throughout the 1600's; nevertheless, I'm the first person in the family to dress like the folks in the photos.

May I ask your advice on a rather silly question: I am at a loss as to what shoes would be suitable for a traditional navy pinstripe two piece suit. Should I stick to black half brogues or would it be acceptable to wear black loafer with tassels?

Many thanks in advance!
