What Happened To Spring?

What the heck happened to spring? It is going to be almost 90 degrees here tomorrow, and my allergies are hitting me hard. I have started my regiment of two Claritin, two Benadryl, and nasal spray everyday. Don't do this without doctor approval! Anyway, here is a gingham shirt with some pale yellow trousers and striped socks. Yeah, I am not too excited, the allergies have got me down.

Is that a black belt with brown shoes? Faux pas my friend.

I can definitely do without those socks and loafers.

Don't let the bastards get you down! Enjoy it before the heavens open up and downpour on us. Love the gingham!

Would you please kindly advise as to where I may purchase a traditional quality gingham shirt. Preferably without a logo. Brooks does not currently stock one, and the J. Press I bought is too broad in the shoulders. Thanks in advance.

+1 for the watch strap
+1 for the gingham
-1 for the belt
-1 for the trouser/sock/shoe combination

Not a poor ensemble, but not striking.

Hopefully your regiment will force your allergies to retreat.

To above:
Your best bet for Gingham is Land's End. For some reason Brooks only has them in short sleeve right now. They better get on the ball soon!

'Not all drugs are good.....some are great'I forgot which comedian said that,I heard it such a long time ago.In any event,I prefer Boericke & Tafel Alleraide. It's taken sublingually, right before your allergies flare up,works great,naturally.....also,matching shoes and belt color tends to work great,naturally.....

the belt is dark brown, not black

I think some black shoes would have been even better...but those brown ones in the picture aren't far away of perfection
