My dear blogging friend Laguna Beach Fogey introduced me to this wonderful show on public television. In addtion, I have always been impressed with old English Country Homes. I do not believe in reincarnation, but if I did, I am sure I must have been the lord of one of these estates in a former life. However, I must have been a really bad boy!

I am watching Downton Abbey and loving it.
The reason you're impressed with the stately homes of England is not because you were a lord in a past life, but a servant.
Speaking of which, I can tell by the photo you chose that you would be a great defender of the droit de seigneur.
I ordered the DVD from Amazon for $16.99 and watched the entire series yesterday...AHHHMAZING. SOOOOO thrilled they will begin filming part 2 soon...
