Dusting Off My Suit Of Armor

Credit: Ralph Lauren

Unfortunately, allergy season and warmer weather is on the way. Therefore, I am wearing my winter tweed as often as possible, but I am already preparing my spring wardrobe. During this preparation, I must dust off my spring/summer weight navy blazer which I live in during these months. However, it can be challenging to keep the ol' boy looking fresh, and one suggestion I have is a red stripe shirt with a yellow bow tie or tie. In my opinion, red and yellow is a great combination to mix with navy. So go out and grab yourself a good suit of armor, and be sure to try some new combinations with it this spring.

Looking very dandy and dapper! How lucky, winter is still very much here and doesn't seem to be leaving anytime soon...

I trust you do not wear your top-coat draped over shoulders as depicted. Doing so is the clear hallmark of a posing wanker...or a wanna-be Mob guy....or a character in a Fellini film.

It says "credit: Ralph Lauren". It is not a photo of WASP 101.

I agree, I have a similar red striped shirt that goes well with the blue blazer.
