Yesterday, I went to a cookout that I did not want to attend because of the 100 degree plus temperatures. It was so hot, that I could barely stand to tie my bow tie. Attire for the evening:
Brooks Brothers
1. Bow Tie
2. Linen Trousers
3.Watchband
J Press Belt
Polo Button Down Oxford
Vintage 1960s Hamilton Watch
Bass Camp Mocs (not as good as L.L.Bean, but I got a good deal)

Cool look (like most of your outfits) but did you actually wear the bow tie on such a hot day?
Omitting the tie would look smarter than having it untied.
A bow tie and long pants to a cook-out....100 degree day....what were you thinking...ever heard of shorts? You must have been making your own gravy after 20 minutes...
Are you serious? Maybe a madras shirt (sans tie) would've been better than oxford cloth in that heat? Or a mesh polo? Brave man!
A tie with no socks always makes a statement. Never a good one, but certainly a statement.
