To my dismay, spring is coming! However, besides having the opportunity to wear cotton khaki suits (which I am not a huge fan of), WASPs and preppies alike do have the opportunity to sport their madras trousers with a conservative ensemble (navy blazer, knit tie, and solid color OCBD). I describe this outfit as one would describe the haircut the mullet, business up top and a party down below (I think the haircut was described as business up front and party in the back). I realize that an outfit like this can take some confidence to pull off, but it truly is a preppy classic.

Spring is a wonderful time of the year....and one can show of some bright colors...madras is for later in the Spring.
