One thing I have never understood in today's preppy fashion is the hoodie underneath a suit. I absolutely love this suit, the fun shirt, and the bow tie but I can't understand the hoodie. I suppose it does provide a collegiate look, but why not wear a sweater underneath? Plus, all hoodies I have ever seen are bulky, and would not fit properly under a well tailored suit. Oh well, I just don't understand it!

This dumb look began (from what I can recall) somewhere in the early 90's with JCrew catalogs and the like. RL and others took it up soon after, but today it lives in photos and on college hipsters mostly.
This is your problem: you tried to understand it.....don't waste your time..... its stupid!

the model on the ad has a super well trained body, it's not for everyone!
Ralph Lauren's ads got you there, you look at it, you like it and then you buy it and dream that you will look like that too.
Save your money and start walking five to ten miles a day instead!
You will love the results you get on your body and mine.
