Lilly Pulitzer~ by Kipp

Since spring is officially here to stay, it is time for Lilly! Although Lilly can be worn in the winter, it is much more apropos for spring and summer. Her prints are not for the faint of heart, and many are a bit too much in my opinion, but I do love the bright and feminine prints. I adore the dress featured above, and the print behind her that was from last season. These dresses are perfect for a casual summer wedding, lawn party or just a hot summer day. Remember though, the stronger the print the simpler the accessories. Stick to simple pearl or diamond studs to even out the boldness of the outfit.

Even men can wear Lilly! Lilly has some very loud and very GTH pants. It takes a very secure man to pull off a pair of Lilly pants! I personally love it when men wear Lilly properly.

So get in to the spirit of spring, put on some Lilly and drink champagne!

Second photo, Flaggler museum, Palm Beach, FL. Not pictured; I'm not sure it's still there, is a really large tree that an adult male of about or almost 6 ft tall could acutally stand inside.

Kudos on LP, i've started my daughter on this trend. Infact her Easter dress is an LP. It's the cuteist thing.

That second shot came from 'The Onion', right?

I absolutely adore LP. But your right. Some of her designs can be a bit overwhelming. I can't wait to get one of her Greek Print phone case!
